Whether you are optimising egg and sperm health, preparing your body before trying to conceive, navigating secondary infertility, recovering after miscarriage, exploring IVF, or planning for pregnancy during perimenopause, Path to Parenthood offers support at every stage.
I work with individuals and couples from all walks of life, including same-sex families and those on a solo parenting journey, to make sure every unique path is respected. From preconception through pregnancy and into postpartum recovery, the focus is on building clarity, confidence, and strong foundations for the future.

Path to Parenthood is a 3-month programme with both structure and flexibility, designed for individuals or couples.
For couples, both partners receive equal attention, thorough investigation and support.Pre-programme health intake + full medical history
Assessment of menstrual cycle health, hormonal balance, and reproductive markers
Male fertility optimisation – where applicable, review of sperm health and semen analysis (if available), with tailored nutrition, lifestyle and supplement guidance
1 × 60-minute consultation for individuals, or 1 × 90-minute consultation for couples, face-to-face or online
4 × 30-minute face-to-face or online check-in sessions
Review of existing bloodwork / GP test results
Bespoke recommendations for additional functional or fertility testing
Personalised nutrition, supplement and lifestyle plan(s)
Menu inspiration, meal planning support + helpful resources
Weekly ‘ask your nutritionist’ check-in voice note during the 12-week course for ongoing support

YOUR INVESTMENT
€150 per month for individuals, €183 per month for couples
Minimum commitment: 3 months (€450 for individuals, €550 for couples in total). Any required supplements and/or functional testing are not included.
Currently, Irish Life Insurance may reimburse part of the cost of consultations/fees. I recommend checking your health insurance policy directly to see if you are eligible for cover.
