I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by your body - to go through major milestones like pregnancy without the tools or knowledge to feel in control and healthy.
I spent more than 30 years not fully understanding how my own body worked. During pregnancy, I experienced serious complications, including eclampsia, and the recovery left me physically and emotionally drained. Trying to care for a newborn while feeling lost, unsupported, and pressured to ‘bounce back’ changed how I saw everything.
It’s the reason I do this work now.
No one should have to face fertility challenges, hormonal symptoms, or reproductive health issues without support. I’m here to help you feel informed, confident, and clear on your next steps, whatever stage you're at.

WHO I WORK WITH
I support women and couples at all stages of their reproductive health, from cycle tracking and hormone balance to fertility, IVF support, and postpartum recovery. I also work with men navigating fertility challenges.

I am a certified nutritional therapist and fertility nutritionist. A registered member of the Nutritional Therapists of Ireland association and co-founder of the Fertility Wellness Collective.
