Hi I’m Celine!

I’m a holistic Women’s Hormone Health practitioner specialising in postpartum recovery and future fertility journeys.

I use menstrual cycle awareness, nutritional therapy, lifestyle coaching, mindfulness and Yin Yoga to empower my clients with optimal health and prepare their body physically, mentally and emotionally for future conception.

I am a certified Nutritional Therapist and love helping women regain vitality and their menstrual cycle and supporting them with their next pregnancy.

Secondary infertility is common, affecting approximately 12% of couples. I want to do everything I can for women to be at their best physically and mentally if they want to go on to have another child.

Easy meals and snacks to nourish the new mum

Pregnancy and postpartum are the most nutrient expensive times for women. It is so important to replenish the nutrient stores with nourishing foods. This is equally important to do this for breastfeeding or bottle-feeding mums.

One thing I would do differently for myself postnatally would be to prepare meals and snacks for when I came home from the hospital with my new baby which is why I’ve designed this e-book.

What are the signs of postpartum depletion?


I’m passionate about helping mums feel their best after having their babies, especially if their desire is to get pregnant again.

I help women who are:

  • Feeling overwhelmed and stressed, tired and depleted (and not just from the wake-up calls through the night with a newborn)

  • Lost, unheard and unsupported. They don’t feel themselves anymore sense they’re not in control or are living on autopilot
