3-Month Programme Goal:
To empower women with knowledge of their menstrual cycle, body signals, and fertility awareness while addressing nutrition, lifestyle, and lab work that impact hormonal health.

Menstrual Cycle 1: Foundations & Awareness

  • Understanding the menstrual cycle phases (menstrual, follicular, ovulation, luteal).

    What a healthy cycle looks like: length, flow, symptoms.

    Key body signs: cervical mucus, basal body temperature, secondary signs.

    Introduction to charting (paper/app/BBT thermometer).

    Review of recent blood work (if available).

    EXPECT TO:
    Begin daily observations & basic charting.

    Track energy, mood and physical symptoms.

    Keep a record of lifestyle factors (sleep, food, stress).

Menstrual Cycle 2: Observation & Charting Practice

  • Review first month’s charts.

    Identifying ovulation & fertile window from body signs.

    Clarify spotting vs period bleeding, cycle irregularities, and red flags.

    Discuss common cycle issues (short luteal phase, heavy periods, PMS, anovulatory cycles).

    Nutrition focus: cycle-supportive foods for each phase.

    Lifestyle adjustments (stress management, exercise, sleep hygiene).

    EXPECT TO:

    Continue charting with improved detail.

    Discussion of nutrition and lifestyle, and some modifications provided if needed.

Menstrual Cycle 3: Refinement, Troubleshooting & Integration

  • Deep dive into recognising patterns & abnormalities.

    Troubleshooting irregular charts: late ovulation, inconsistent temps, spotting.

    Integrating cycle signs with blood work/labs.

    Personalised nutrition & lifestyle modifications to support cycle balance.

    Preparing for ongoing self-charting & self-awareness.

  • Assess patterns across all 3 charts.

    Nutrition and lifestyle investigations, and get your personalised plan.

    Supplementation recommendations.

    Blood work interpretation.

    Referral to medical support if needed.

    Integration of charting, issue identification, and long-term nutrition and lifestyle steps to support cycle health.

This programme requires a commitment of 3 months. (€450 in total) Any required supplements and/or functional testing are not included.
